Itinerary

  • Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our tour manager will be available to assist you with all necessary procedures. Once we've cleared all formalities, a private air-conditioned car will be at your disposal to transport you to your hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, our representative will ensure a smooth check-in process for you.
  • Overnight in Cairo.

  • A tour guide will pick you up from your Cairo hotel for an excursion to the Giza Pyramids. You will visit the great pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, the Valley Temple known as the mummification temple of King Kefre, and the Great Sphinx. These are all remnants of ancient times.
  • After that, you will go to the Egyptian Museum, which has over 250,000 authentic artifacts dating back up to 5000 years. There is a special exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamun, where you can see treasures, gold, and jewelry that were buried in his tomb.
  • Finally, you will be transferred to Khan El Khalili, a bazaar that has shisha bars, cafes, and gift shops.
  • Spending the night in Cairo.

  • After having breakfast, you will be assisted by one of our company representatives to go to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, another representative will receive you and take you to a cruise boat, which will be your accommodation for the next four days.
  • Later after lunch onboard the cruise, you will go on a drive to see the Temple of Philae, which was moved to Agilika Island after Lake Nasser flooded its original location. You will have lunch when you return to the cruise in Aswan.

  • Breakfast onboard the cruise ship or optional tour: You will leave for the Abu Simbel Temples very early, so instead of having breakfast on board your cruise, you will be issued with a breakfast box to eat along the way. The temples are located approximately 3 hours away from Aswan, but the drive is definitely worth it.
  • These magnificent rock-cut temples were built during the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II and were meant to be lasting monuments for him and his wife, Queen Nefertari.
  • Once the temple tour is complete, you will be driven back to the cruise ship which will set sail for Kom Ombo. Here, you will have the opportunity to see Kom Ombo Temple, an ancient temple that was dedicated to two different gods. One half was dedicated to Sobek, while the other half was dedicated to Horus, so the temple is unique in that it consists of two identical halves.
  • As you sail towards Edfu, enjoy a delicious Lunch onboard the boat, and spend the afternoon as you wish. Dinner is served at the usual time, and you will spend this night on the Nile at Edfu.

  • Enjoy another good breakfast on the boat, and then you will be taken to see the ancient Temple of Edfu. This temple was buried under the sand for more than 2,000. Because of this, it is now Egypt’s best-preserved ancient temple.
  • Once you have explored the temple, return to the ship, and sail to Luxor. On the east bank of Luxor where you will be accompanied by an Egyptologist guide to visit the Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history and was dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Graeco-Roman Kingdom.
  • Then move to Luxor Temple, built by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. The temple is a testament to the incredible engineering and architectural skills of ancient Egyptians.
  • In the evening there will be an authentic Egyptian Belly Dance Show on board the cruise ship.

  • In the early morning, you can take an optional hot air balloon ride over the mesmerizing landscape of the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, and the Mountain of the Nobles. The duration of this incredible flight is approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
  • You'll start by exploring the wet bank of Luxor and the Valley of the Kings, which is where the tombs of our ancestors are located. This area is believed to be the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt.
  • Next, you'll visit the Queen Hatshepsut Temple in Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered one of the most beautiful examples of ancient Egyptian architecture because it was entirely carved out of the mountain.
  • After that, you'll see the Colossi of Memnon, which are two massive statues of King Amenhotep III. These statues are over 3,000 years old and are a sight to behold.
  • Once you've finished your excursion, you will travel to Hurghada in a private air-conditioned vehicle, which will take approximately four hours. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check in and spend the night in Hurghada.
