Offers on this page start from $1,060 per person for the 5-day Cairo and Luxor short break. A 7-day Cairo and Nile cruise package starts from $1,620, and the 8-day Cairo and Nile cruise with Abu Simbel from $1,780. The final price depends on your dates, the hotel level and how many of you travel together, and your quote lists everything that is included.

Yes. Offer prices are per person, for a private tour, with hotels, guides, transfers and entrance fees as listed on each tour. International flights are not included, and neither are the Egypt visa, tips or personal spending. Your written quote shows the full price for your dates before you pay anything, so there are no surprises later.

Each offer has its own travel window and booking deadline, confirmed in writing with your quote. If an offer has ended by the time you are ready to book, we tell you the current price before you pay anything. Peak dates such as Christmas, New Year and Easter are usually the first to sell out, so offers for those weeks are worth securing early.

Usually, yes. You can change hotels, add a day or swap a city, and we tell you before you confirm whether the change affects the offer price. Because every tour is private, the guide, vehicle and timing are arranged around your party, so adjusting the pace or the order of the sites rarely changes anything except the plan itself.

May to September usually brings the lowest prices and the fewest visitors, because it is hot, especially in Luxor and Aswan; sightseeing then moves to the early morning and late afternoon. Mid-October to April is the most comfortable and busiest season, when prices are higher and the best hotels and cruises should be booked 2 to 3 months ahead, with Christmas and New Year filling first.

Yes. The 7-day Egypt and Jordan private tour starts from $1,499 per person, and the 10-day Egypt and Türkiye package with a Nile cruise from $2,850. We plan the order, the flights between the countries and a guide in each one, so it runs as one trip with one contact. Other combinations can be planned as a custom trip around your dates and budget.

A deposit as low as 30% confirms the booking (50% over Christmas, New Year and Easter), and the balance is due two days before arrival or in cash on arrival. We accept bank transfer, a secure payment link, PayPal and cash on arrival.

Plan for your international flights, the Egypt visa ($36 single entry on arrival, or through the official e-Visa portal), tips and personal spending. Tipping, known as baksheesh, is customary: about $3 to $5 per person per day for drivers, $10 to $15 for your guide, and 10 to 15% in restaurants when service is not included. Optional extras, such as a hot-air balloon over Luxor, are priced separately if you add them.
