Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Welcome to Cairo, the heart of Egypt! Upon your arrival, your expert tour guide will warmly greet you at the airport and escort you to your private vehicle for a comfortable ride to your hotel. Take the evening to unwind, getting ready for the exciting journey ahead.
Day 2: Cairo - Pyramids, GEM, and Khan El Khalili

Begin your day with breakfast before heading to the awe-inspiring Great Pyramids of Giza, where you can admire the majestic structures and visit the famous Sphinx. Afterward, travel to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) to experience its extensive collection, including priceless ancient artifacts. Later, explore the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can shop for unique souvenirs and marvel at the lively atmosphere.
Day 3: Cairo to Luxor - Nile Cruise

Day 4: Luxor West Bank

Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Day 6: Aswan Day Tour

All rates listed by EgyVacations are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. However, we accept payment in other major currencies such as EUR and GBP, based on the daily exchange rate at the time of payment.
- Prices are for two people sharing a room. Single rooms are available for an extra cost.
- Domestic Flights: The price we quote is an average and the timing is approximate. Changes to your flight may result in changes to the price.
- A 25% holiday surcharge applies to all Nile Cruise and tour package bookings during Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods.
Start your dream tour by paying as low as 30% of the total cost. During festive periods like New Year, Christmas and Easter, we require a 50% down payment. Feel free to pay the rest two days before your arrival or in cash when you arrive.
- If you’re paying by credit card, we need a signed letter from you. This letter gives us permission to charge your card. Make sure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.
- Upon receiving your payment, we’ll issue a written confirmation, along with your itinerary and travel documents.
Fair cancellation fees (excluding peak periods):
- From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date — 15% of the entire tour price
- 60–31 days before arrival — 35% of the tour price
- 30–15 days before arrival — 50% of the tour price
- 14–1 days before arrival — 100% of the tour price
- Christmas, New Year and Easter: 30% (61+ days), 50% (60–31 days), 75% (30–15 days).
- Airlines charge their fees under the airlines’ own terms, and there’s a 5% bank fee on refunds. No-shows are not refunded.
EgyVacations welcomes families with children and offers the following pricing structure:
- Under 2 years: Free of charge
- 2 to 5 years: 25% of adult rate
- 6 to 11 years: 50% of adult rate
- 12 years and above: Full adult rate
Children’s discounts apply when sharing a room with two paying adults. Some cruises or hotels may have their own child policies, which will be specified in your itinerary.
Tipping is customary in Egypt and greatly appreciated by service staff. Though not mandatory, the following guidelines are suggested:
- Tour Guide: $10–15 per day (per group)
- Driver: $5–10 per day (per group)
- Nile Cruise Staff: $5–10 per person per night (shared among crew)
