Itinerary

Welcome to Oman! Upon your arrival at Muscat International Airport, you will be met by our friendly representative who will assist you through immigration and baggage collection. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel in Muscat for check-in.

Use the rest of the day to relax and settle in, or explore the city at your own pace.

Overnight: Muscat

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading out on a guided half-day city tour of Muscat, Oman’s enchanting capital. Your tour begins with a visit to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and one of the largest mosques in the region.

Continue to Bait Al Zubair Museum, which offers deep insights into Omani heritage through its display of traditional weapons, clothing, household items, and historical artifacts.

Drive through Old Muscat, nestled between dramatic cliffs and guarded by the 16th-century forts of Jalali and Mirani. Stop for photos at Al Alam Palace, the ceremonial residence of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.

Finally, head to Muttrah Souk, a bustling traditional market filled with the scent of frankincense and vibrant with colorful textiles, silverware, and local handicrafts.

Return to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, journey south into the heart of Oman’s desert landscape. Begin with a drive to the legendary Wahiba Sands, a vast sea of rolling dunes stretching over 8,000 square kilometers. Enjoy the thrill of 4x4 dune bashing, and take a camel ride across the sand for a true Bedouin experience.

Visit a local Bedouin family in their traditional desert home. Sip Omani coffee, taste sweet dates, and learn about the nomadic way of life that still endures in this region.

Later, continue to the stunning oasis of Wadi Bani Khalid, renowned for its natural rock pools and turquoise waters. Take a dip in the cool, clear waters or simply relax in the shade of date palms.

After this full day of exploration, return to Muscat for the night.
