You can pay by bank transfer, through a secure payment link or by PayPal, and the balance can also be paid in cash on arrival. A deposit as low as 30% of the total confirms the booking (50% over Christmas, New Year and Easter), and the balance is due two days before arrival. There is no online checkout: booking is by enquiry, and nothing is charged until you confirm.

If a government or airline issues a do-not-travel warning, your tour is refunded or held as a credit. Otherwise, outside peak periods, cancellation charges start at 15% of the tour price if you cancel 61 days or more before arrival and rise to 100% within 14 days of arrival; they are higher over Christmas, New Year and Easter, and a 5% bank fee applies to refunds.
