Continue your journey by road to the magnificent city of Petra, the ancient capital of the Nabatean Kingdom and one of the greatest archaeological wonders ever created.
At the entrance of Petra, begin your experience with a traditional horse ride when available, then continue walking through the famous Siq — a narrow natural canyon stretching over 1.2 kilometers between towering sandstone cliffs. Along the path, admire ancient carvings, statues, water channels, and rock formations created by the Nabateans centuries ago.
As you emerge from the canyon, you will witness the breathtaking sight of Al-Khazneh (The Treasury), Petra’s most iconic monument carved directly into the rock face. Your guide will introduce the fascinating history, legends, and secrets behind this extraordinary site.
